the boarding process was not very well organized and left a lot up to the new user to figure out on their own how to operate this new technology and they claim to give you 400 free minutes but you'll never get the program working and those 400 minutes are gone. They never give them to. repeated attempts to reach out to Suport and never really resolved any issues. Don't count on this technology to get the job done for you. I'm just going back to making the calls myself it's much more reliable

We checked the name and email attached to this review and can’t find any support tickets, emails, or attendance at our weekly onboarding sessions. That tells us we never actually got the chance to help you get set up. We do credit 400 free minutes to every new account that finalizes their trial, and they only begin to decrease when calls are actually placed. If your account couldn’t place calls, those minutes should still be there; if they aren’t, we’ll re-credit them as soon as we can locate your account. We run free live onboarding every week and also offer optional 1:1 setup. When users join, we handle end-to-end configuration and make sure the first calls run smoothly. Skipping onboarding can make the learning curve feel rougher than it needs to be, but we’re here to remove that friction. We want to make this right. Please reply to our private info request here on Trustpilot with the email you used to register so we can verify your account, get you live, and ensure your minutes are active. If you’ve decided to move on, we respect that, but this isn’t the experience we aim to deliver, and we’re ready to fix it.
