Nedzo.AI is simply one of the best platforms for AI agents. I love that it makes it easy to create and not have to go through an APN to get started. They have outbound and inbound agents. As I continue learning the system, it gets better.

The voice agents are the best I've heard. The platform is relatively new, so they are working on some minor issues, but it's getting better and better. The staff is small, but they are very responsive to questions and when you need support. I definitely recommend Nedzo.ai if you want outbound or inbound A.I. voice agents!

I’ve been using Nedzo for a while now and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for our agency. We had our first voice agent running in no time and it actually sounds natural, not robotic. The pricing is clear and fair, which makes it easy to scale up as we grow. Support has also been fast and genuinely helpful.

The customer support is horrible. I set up my AI and it doesn't seem to be working. Trying to get someone to assist is even more horrible. Not worth the time or effort if there is no one there to assist

Probably the best AI Voice solution that I've tried, the team are always extremely helpful and the software is very easy to get started for anyone, especially if you have no prior experience. Would highly recommend! 5* Product & Service
