I had a problem with my voice agent, but Marta went over it with me to try to see what caused the problem, and to see how she could help in solving it. She was very helpful and courteous. She went step by step with me to try to get the issue resolved. She even offered some useful advice to assist me even further to alleviate what may have been causing the problem. In the end I got things working fine again. Thanks Marta!!

The voice agents are the best I've heard. The platform is relatively new, so they are working on some minor issues, but it's getting better and better. The staff is small, but they are very responsive to questions and when you need support. I definitely recommend Nedzo.ai if you want outbound or inbound A.I. voice agents!
