Cost To Return Involves Costly Int
The hearing aids are bulky and tinny sounding. The company was desperate not to hear about returning them including offering a different model at reduced price and having me keep the initial units as well. After haggling with them for over a month they agreed to accept the return. Although they advertise that they are in Austin Texas, the returns must go to Canada which involves international shipping costs and fees. Very costly, almost half the cost of the product. Steere clear, not worth the hassle.
