Didn’t want these hearing aids sent them back a month and a half ago and still waiting for my money went to my credit card to report them. If you buy these, you better keep them because it takes forever if you’re gonna get a refund. Sent them back you USPS and cost over $40 had to go someplace in the Canada. Good luck if you buy these hope you like them because it’s gonna be hard to send them back. I’m

Daisy did a very good job of getting this old woman to where I could find my order & tracking numbers. very calm, helpful. Its very frustrating as a older person learning new things. I think it would be just as hard to deal with people all day over phone, but she made it easy!!! I"m looking forward to my new hearing aids.

The hearing aids i ordered did not fit well into my ear and were very uncomfortable to wear. This also caused them to not function properly in clarifying speech heard. When I called to return them during my 120 day trial period, they were very helpful on different things to try, but when that didn't work, they offered me an up grade...I am going to give them a try. CS rep John was very helpful and kind during this whole process. Thank you!

I was abrasive and the associate was very polite and got me through the whole process of returning a defective hearing aid thank you very much paige was the name of the associate all right we should be ready time was 1:35

Overall I am very pleased with my Nebroo hearing aids. They work well in quiet settings and one-on-one conversations. In very noisy environments they take a bit of adjusting but that is expected. Customer service was helpful and responsive.

Alexander has been very helpful from the beginning. He got me to do steps to fix the problem and it worked. Because of my inconveniences between getting in touch with them for couple days.
