I just received my Nebroo Pro 3.0 hearing aids. I was having trouble getting them to fit so I called Customer Service and spoke to Marcus. He was wonderful and we discovered that the hearing aids I received were too big for my ears. So at no charge, He’s sending me a different tape that are smaller than what I have. Fantastic Customer Service! He was so kind and patient!

Even though the phone call took a while to be answered it was worth it. Travis was fantastic. You need more employees like him and your business will run fine.

Went on their website. Started an order for my husband but decided not to complete the purchase after a video came up saying I needed to watch it then upgrade the device I'd chosen. A clock came up saying I had 30 minutes to make this upgrade. I was concerned at this hard sell. Closed the site. But they had mu husband's Citicard number and they've used it. Thus we received an email saying a hearing aid has been shipped and $89 charged to the card. Tried emailing to say this is unauthorized.No response. Now on hold with them .... 23 minutes and just music.So hoping they will read this and contact me or my husband. After Trust Pilot ran my review Nebroo posted that it's been having "communication" problems and requested my order number. I have sent it to them. We still have not received a direct response from them to our emails.
