Customer service is horrible. I was promised that all my accounts would be paid on one bill. That was not so because one of my accounts dropped out of the agreement and navacore promised that all would be negotiated on one bill. I found it to be better not to deal with navacore because they charge a fee and that will add up in 4 years. The the attitude I was given when I say anything about my accounts through Customer service is terrible they are very rude.

We’d like to thank you for providing feedback on your experience with Navicore Solutions. We are sorry to learn that your contact with our organization did not meet your expectations. We strive for excellent customer service and will review your situation. There are times when not all accounts can be added to the DMP, despite our best efforts, which appears to be the case here. We do charge a nominal monthly fee, however it is dependent upon your ability to pay and state guidelines, and the fee was adjusted in this situation. We wish you success in your financial journey. Should you need further assistance, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-772-4557.

The Representatives at Navicore were very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the various aspects of consolidating debt. They congratulated me once everything was paid off, which was just icing on the cake. Thank you, Navicore Solutions.
