The representative from Navicore was very nice and knowledgeable but there's nothing they can do for you if you are unemployed at the moment without an income and can't make any payment. No bank or credit counseling company will be willing to reduce the debt or interest rate on your credit cards including Navicore without you making some kind of payment. I called Navicore because I was being pressured by the banks to call them and I want to comply but for someone in my position it's a waste of time. Besides that, anything Navicore can do for me, I can do on my own by dealing with the banks directly and probably in less time. This is a follow up reply/edit to Navicore's reply to me: I appreciate you reaching out but as I already said above, I am not in a position to make any payments whatsoever unfortunately which is why I said it's a waste of time for me right now, it's premature and frankly I don't need anyone being "part of my journey". But the bank won't stop calling and telling me to call Navicore so I didn't want to not comply. When I have an income again I'll make my payments. As I already explained I don't see what you can do to help unless you are willing to lower my debt and/or interest rate WITHOUT me making any type of payment whatsoever which I know you won't do. If you can do that then I'll contact you again. Can you do that? If not then why would you ask me to call you again?

First, the agent told me my accounts would stay open. Three out of four are closed. Second, my account billing date was wrong and all accounts were late for months. Both have had a negative effect on my credit. I will not work with this company in the future. When practicing conflict resolution with the company; the rep stated, "You don't understand debt management." And hung up. I called back and she said it was a mistake and she was making a note to escalate my concerns. I told her I'll call back in a week and she said she would email me. I said, " No, "I'll call back so you can provide explanations to inform my uneducated mind on debt management."

You gave me the run a round I have being calling u guys 3 day back to back and I still didn't get help.

A new customer. I’m in customer service. People on the phone are friendly but on both occasions I needed resolution for an issue, I had to wait days for a return call. Most recently (today) I was notified I was 60 days late on payment with one of the creditors turned over to Navicore. I had to pay $298 to not effect my credit. Not good. In fact, very bad for me. Two months into being a new customer, I had to rescue myself from hurting my credit after consolidating with Navicore. Disappointed.

Not sure why I'm getting this survey. I have been in the program 2 years now. So far I have not seen my debit go down hardly at all. I was told in 3 years I would be debit free I hope they are true to their word. I would think this survey would better serve the company if it was asked at the end of the 3 years. Right now I can not give a very positive review as I'm not very far out of debit.
