Kendrick was very informative and gave…
Kendrick was very informative and gave me great tips to consider in the Homebuyers Education course. He also gave me a website I will be using after settling into my new home to find work to keep busy and make money. Getting this completed over the phone in a timely manner was convenient, helped make this pleasant versus going to a classroom. Thank you.

Informative and Engaging
Ken provided excellent information and it was well received by our clients! Several stayed after the presentation or emailed me separately to get his contact information to follow up with questions. It was so helpful!

Hi Judith, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for bringing your concerns to our attention. We appreciate the opportunity to address them. Our organization is not routinely provided with updated account balance information from creditors. As a result, there may be occasions when an account is nearing payoff but we are not yet aware of the updated balance, and regularly scheduled payments continue to be disbursed. In these situations, if an overpayment occurs, the creditor will typically issue a refund for the overpaid amount directly to you. If you have not yet received a refund, our team would be happy to assist you in contacting your creditors to request any applicable credits or to provide support throughout the process. Please contact us at your convenience, and we will be happy to help. Thank you again for your feedback and for allowing us the opportunity to assist you further.
