Navan has been a great experience so far. Very easy to use with a couple of challenging moments. The phone App and desktop version are not always in sync.

As a small to medium enterprise arranging incidental accommodation on ad hoc basis can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare utilising the Navan portal and tools. It has made it really easy for us to centralise all our bookings and also be able to find information about previous or future planned requirements. You probably don't utilise some of the more advanced functionality, but everything I've tried has worked flawlessly and has kept both me and employees well informed about what is happening. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great app to use, easly to log expenses and upload receipts. Can book hotels and flights direclty through the app too which saves a lot of admin work

It is the worst corporate travel management service I have ever used. Not sure where they bring any value to a company. Everything is always twice as expensive, they are unable to solve any minimal issues, they always provide incorrect information when queried. If something would take 5 minutes to solve usually, via Navan it takes a minimum of 2 hours. Not sure why a company would choose to go with them.
