It has been 2 weeks since my order and there has been no update on when my order will ship. It ships from overseas, theough they claim to be an American company.

My order AU-NV#P768147979 from NavaFresh - Australia was processed on 31 July 2023. On 18 August 2023, I received an email saying that the delivery attempt had failed. By the way, I didn't receive any calls or sms from that so-called delivery company. The funny thing was, they provided a link to track my order, but when I tried to track my order, I didn't have any access to that link. I called them and asked them what the problem was. One guy replied to me saying that he would check with his internal team and get back to me. It's been one week. I haven't heard anything back from them. On top of this, I requested them to provide me with the name, location and contact number of that delivery company who attempted that delivery, but no nothing. These guys are very very unprofessional. If you want to save money, time and energy, stay away from these guys.

I will never order from this scam company again. I placed order NV#P226736611 three weeks ago on what looked like a legit website. I was sent a shipment tracking WhatsApp message and email that linked to an unrecognisable shipping company. The shipping stalled due to “insufficient address” information, which makes no sense as I have used the same address regularly and have had no problem in the past. I have requested a full and complete refund, but have low expectations on it happening. Huge disappointment.

This store literally doesn’t have any thing in stock, they will not do their due diligence to inform consumers/ buyers and end up letting one buy and send a regrettable email that item isn’t in store.it has happened to me couple times and am not sure if store is legit or scam. Stop wasting consumers time!

It's fraud. I've ordered coffee pods. It was 10 packages (100 pods) in the picture and I believe the description did say the same. Delivery took about 5 weeks. And in the end, I received 1 package (10 pods)... for ~54$ I have written to support. They said it's like it supposed to be because the description said 10 pods. So the description has been changed during these 5 weeks. And of course, there were no details in the order email. So keed away. UPDATE: Support told me this "Having checked the order details with the concerned team, it is informed that the product you ordered includes 10 pods in 1 pack and the same has been sent to you. " So as I said. It's fishing fraud.

Stay away from this company! It's been two weeks since i am waiting for the refund of the order ORDER EU-NV#1319. I will post here a review till i will receive my money back from this scamers!!!

I ordered from an "Australian" website - Aussie phone, address etc and when my parcel is STILL not here two weeks later I come to find they are based in Mumbai. When you try and track the alleged parcel with the tool they send you it fails EVERY time. So no parcel, no customer service and no refund. I am absolutely appalled with this HORRIBLE company and would suggest if you are reading this & have not purchased here yet ---- DO NOT SHOP WITH NAVAFRESH !!!!!!!!

The delivary was super fast , and we fall in love with the product, Thank you very much.
