Did you know they also offer prenatal massages?! Thank you so much, Maria and Alice for helping me get through my first pregnancy. The back pain was unbearable and the $89/month where you receive two therapies for the price of one made it extremely affordable. They were gentle and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

I came to NAVA for hormone pellets to boost my lagging postmenopausal sex drive. However, through their thorough testing, low adrenal function was indicated, and a simple supplement recommended, which ended my heart racing episodes and afternoon slump!! These were symptoms that my PC and gynecologist had chalked up to 'getting older' and 'menopause.' I hadn't even mentioned them to the NAVA staff. I immediately felt better than I had in years! And the hormone pellets have been wonderful, too! My only less than great experience was a couple years ago with their nutrition team. They audibly gasped when I mentioned a type of oil I sometimes use and did not try to educate me otherwise. They are also using an IGG?? blood testing method for food sensitivities which many qualified allergists feel is not a valid method, and may merely indicate the presence of those foods rather than a sensitivity. You can research and be your own judge. :) I didn't feel the nutritionist meeting was beneficial to me, but I also wasn't really having issues in that area. It was a free perk for me to try it out. I haven't used all of the services, but all of the staff is very professional from the front desk to the care givers. I have had massages, acupuncture, nutritionist, pellets and blood work.

I went to Nava to seek help with weight loss and hormone therapy. I did the Nava RX and I lost a lot of weight. I had weekly meetings to help me stay on track and to talk about what changes I made in what I am eating. They teach you to eat right. The support they gave me was great. I am doing hormone replacement therapy now. It has made a world of difference for me. Thank you Nava!

When I'm at the Bethesda location, the staff and doctors make me feel very comfortable, are very attentive and good at what they do. I love that NAVA offer so much to help you stay healthy and beautiful. But everything is expensive. For me it's worth it. Luckily I have a flex plan that helps me pay for my services. I get the bio-identical hormone replacement pellets. This has done wonders for me and relieves my hot flashes and most of my menopause symptoms. But the follow up leaves some room for improvement. Since the DC location closed, I have no convenient way to get the prescribed supplements. I have to call to order them and always have to do follow-up. And do not use more than one form of payment unless the other payment is cash. They will inevitably use whatever card pops up in their system first, even it you give them information for a different card.
