Do not sign up for this BS. I received a $1 box, and no where in the description did it mention signing up for a $50 membership. Low and behold, a week after I get the box, $50 comes out of my account. I did not agree to this, I did not authorize this. There's no way to cancel this crap on my account, and this 'business' has no phone number to reach anyone for customer service. I have disputed this charge with my bank, and I WILL be getting my money back.

Nature Box is a wonderful experience. As long as you actually pay attention to the terms and conditions when you're buying something - which a lot of you don't seem to be doing?? I knew I wouldn't use it enough to pay any monthly fees so I used the service offered to talk to an employee and cancelled that and I am still able to go and buy a box of whatever I want with a small member discount whenever. You just have to pay attention. Quit blaming the company for your own stupidity.

This company is a huge scam! When I realized they had been taking $5 a month from my account, I called to complain--but they would not refund my money! So, I told them to cancel and I had to go ahead and "spend" the "credits" in my account! Now, they have just stolen $50 from my account they said for a "membership fee"! I never agreed to that and I don't want anything more from them--but they refuse to refund my $50! Avoid this company at all costs--they are a scam and they will steal your money!

I ordered awhile back and I got a HUGE discount which I mean HUGE like $40 off! They have a huge variety of food to choose from. I love Nature box and all the snacks that I've tried from the website. Will continue to purchase from Nature box!

My experience with NatureBox is similar to others that have been shared here. I saw a promotion for a discounted product on Facebook and followed the link. I decided to give it a try and made my purchase. At no time was I informed that making a purchase meant signing up for a paid monthly membership. A month later I noticed a charge on my bank statement from NatureBox. I did some digging (since the cause was not apparent) and found that I had been signed up for a membership without my consent. I quickly got in contact with them since you cannot cancel your subscription by yourself. The one positive note is that their response was quick and professional. The money was not refunded. All in all one of the worst experiences I have had with a company.

Do not ever, ever order from NATUREBOX! They steal from your checking account!! I ordered from them months ago, now, months later they took money from my checking account without asking or my ordering anything. They refused to credit it back. I tried to remove my checking info from their website, but it won't let you! I spoke to Nick there he wouldn't do anything to help me except delete my checking acct info. I explained that I am not working for five years now due to disability and not receiving a paycheck. Also this is creating a hardship. He didn't care! It is illegal to access someone's checking account without their authorization!!!!! People please protect your money! NATUREBOX STEALS FROM YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT!!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!

I decided to give them a try, and was completely disappointed. I placed my order and checked the shipping chart for expected arrival, which it listed as 5-7 days. after a week I still hadn't received a ship notice. I tried logging in to my account, but it didn't work. So I submitted for a password reset. Nothing came. I finally found a way to email for help. It took awhile to get an answer from someone overseas, who said basically, "oh wow, we're sorry you didn't get the tracking number." Funny, I then got an email with a tracking number... but all they did was send shipping info to fedex. The box didn't actually ship until a couple days later. So I guess if I didn't ping them, it never would have shipped. Now I have to figure out if I actually created an account... cuz if I did I'm cancelling for sure. This business is a joke!

Don't do it. Overpriced junk that is often stale. No easy way to cancel your subscription either.
