Service use to be awesome. Any issues were rectified very quickly. Now there is no chat and I have to email. I don’t get immediate responses and I am waiting which feels like forever for issues to be resolved. Issues get worse with them because of this.

The service was great, but i might consider getting different snacks in the future. The peanut butter cookies were great, but the Lentils were tough to chew and the Fruit chews were... Well, they weren't BAD, but theh were definitely weird. Wish the Dried Pineapple slices were in stock, they look both tasty and interesting.

Their product selection is pretty good and they tastes great, but it took quite a lot longer than I expected.

Have enjoyed the quality but the service has left me frustrated now and then. Recently I was surprised to discover I'd been auto-billed an annual fee despite having a sizable account balance already, which would take me most of the year to exhaust. I can't eat all these snacks I'm supposed to be ordering! I requested a refund but was told that was impossible once I'd been billed already. I find this absurd, and not customer-oriented. There's my two cents. Or should I say 199 dollars?
