NatureBoxReviews of naturebox.com

I cant wait for box to every month. It is like a present every month

Absolutely love naturebox! They have a wide variety of healthy snacks, including gluten free and vegan options. The snacks are unique and tasty. Very convenient for on the go and the monthly subscriptions are helpful!

Not only do they actually assist when things go bad (the wrong snacks being delivered, shipments being delayed), they actually fix things at their own expense to make things right. Plus, they're always upfront about what's in everything they sell.

The best subscription service that has been super easy for me to keep excited about each new addition!!

Naturebox is amazing! I love all of their snacks they are pretty affordable and they have an amazing policy if you aren't satisfied. I've been a member for a long time now and enjoy the free shipping as well as being able to use my membership costs for my own snacks!

Have enjoyed the quality but the service has left me frustrated now and then. Recently I was surprised to discover I'd been auto-billed an annual fee despite having a sizable account balance already, which would take me most of the year to exhaust. I can't eat all these snacks I'm supposed to be ordering! I requested a refund but was told that was impossible once I'd been billed already. I find this absurd, and not customer-oriented. There's my two cents. Or should I say 199 dollars?

If I could give 1 star I would. I would avoid these guys at all costs. Snacks are good, but reality is the portions are small and overpriced. That is besides the point. They actually tell you the size in ounces, SO THEY ARE TRANSPARENT on that. Their cancellation policy is another story. I cancelled my account 1 year ago in September. At that point I even got a confirmation email. "Sorry to see you go..." Well 12 months later, I noticed Naturebox is charging me every month. 5 dollars a month. I contact their customer service and find out that they charge me 5 bucks to keep "free shipping' in place in the scenario that I decide to order again. To cancel the 5 dollar charge, you have to actually login to their chat function and request a separate cancelation. (yeah, the other one only stops a monthly box from coming, but not the 5 dollar shipping charge) It is a BS policy that is only found in the FAQ. Read reviews online, they are totally shady and rely on people not noticing for a few months to collect some extra money. Avoid these guys. Spread the word. My office of 60 folks has heard the story and believe me they won't be ordering.

This is a total ripoff. I ordered a snack box and was then charged a $50 membership fee that I didn't want and they refused to refund. Instead of cancelling my account, like I asked, they kept my $50 and left the account open. Then, after a year (during which I never ordered or received anything) I was charged $5 a month for two months. I didn't agree to this charge in any way and I received no notice whatsoever. They have also refused to refund this extra $10 that was essentially stolen from my account. This business is super shady and has some terrible predatory business practices. DON'T SIGN UP. They will steal from you.
