Was always out of stock on items that were in my monthly subscription service. Made it difficult to unsubscribe when I eventually wanted to. Had rude costumer service when I tried to cancel completely and get refunded when they charged me anyway. Two stars because the snacks were good in the beginning but they cycled out and started to focus on other things before I was no longer able to get snacks.

Here's the deal: In their FAQ's, they show that you can pause your membership, change your orders, and all this other stuff (except cancel your membership) on their website, by yourself. It's not true. You have to do EVERYTHING by either chatting or emailing them. I needed to pause my membership because it was a little too pricy to be paying every month, so I chatted with one of their customer service reps (this was in October). He said he had paused my membership until December 24th. Lo and behold, in November, I get charged for and sent a shipment. There's a lot more regarding the way they work that could be ranted about, but I'll rest my case here. The only positive is that most of their snacks are good, and some are really good. Unfortunately, I'll be cancelling my account with them as soon as possible.

I decided to give them a try, and was completely disappointed. I placed my order and checked the shipping chart for expected arrival, which it listed as 5-7 days. after a week I still hadn't received a ship notice. I tried logging in to my account, but it didn't work. So I submitted for a password reset. Nothing came. I finally found a way to email for help. It took awhile to get an answer from someone overseas, who said basically, "oh wow, we're sorry you didn't get the tracking number." Funny, I then got an email with a tracking number... but all they did was send shipping info to fedex. The box didn't actually ship until a couple days later. So I guess if I didn't ping them, it never would have shipped. Now I have to figure out if I actually created an account... cuz if I did I'm cancelling for sure. This business is a joke!

Don't do it. Overpriced junk that is often stale. No easy way to cancel your subscription either.

The good: I like their snacks, just not all of them. The bad: That's just it, if I don't like some of the snacks, it's not cool that I have to continue to pay a monthly membership to receive such products. The ugly: don't bother calling, it's a nightmare working with them. Prognosis: I ended up cancelling my membership (that was a hassle by the way), and I may eventually go back, but I need to wait and see.
