Worst company ever! Never received my clothes and they are not refunding my money. Don't buy anything from Nature Backs. They are scammers!

It took three emails, one BBB complaint, an instagram message, and finally a phone call to cancel and refund my order after it had been sedentary in their “order queue” for THREE WEEKS with a shipping label created but the order was never fulfilled. What a joke this “company” is. However, canceling/refunding the order was extremely easy once I actually reached a human being over the phone. Their designs are cute but what a headache!

Here is a copy paste from these halfwits: Just to let you know that once the package leaves our warehouse, we do not have any control over or can handle the said shipment thus we are waiting for the Global Post to take action on this and from there we can follow right after we receive the returned package. The item was never delivered, I have tried contacting the couriers and received no response and the pathetic customer service reps keep telling me to sort it out myself. Also they are very rude, I would have been fired if I tried that bull when I was working customer service.

Took a little while to arrive, which was totally fine, I was prepared for that :) T-shirt arrived, loved it, altho slightly different colour to the picture. But loved the t-shirt!. However, wore it once, washed it, and it's almost doubled in size! It's stretched about 5 inches. Looks terrible on. Hand washed at first to be careful so then machine washed to shrink it back to normal size, but hasn't worked. I look like I'm wearing a t-shirt i stole from a giant. Emailed to tell them. They replied straight away tbf, and helpful. However, cannot get refund. BUT can get 20% discount on my next purchase, woohoo 😒 I don't want to buy another one. Such bad quality. Have tried searching for info about how they're made/where they're made. Assumed they would be like eco friendly, good products. But can not see anything like that in their ethos. My fault for assuming that.

In mid-June I bought 5 shirts, paying 18 € for priority shipping - the highest cost proposed (as indicated on the naturebacks.com website) because I am in Italy. I contacted customer support for the first time after 2 weeks from the shipment asking for updates: they replied that if it had not arrived immediately they would have refunded the money for the shipment. I contact them again after 3 weeks: the tone of the answers changes and they tell me that I have not selected priority shipping and that nothing will be refunded. They do not know how to give me certain information on where this package is, which, by contacting the Italian Post Office, I discover that it is not yet in Italy after more than a month from the shipment from the USA. I am sure that the product is of quality, but in terms of shipping management and customer service, they can improve. A lot!

I spent over $200 on two dresses that have the material equivalent to something I could buy in a Halloween store. Love the style, but the quality of the product does not live up to its price. I immediately requested to return them. I was supposed to get an email telling me the address to return them. I DID research for the contact number and i found this⁹¹⁹nine three nine ²⁵⁴⁴ contacted customer service via phone to request a return label. Their response was great an offer of 15% refund of the value of the returnable items and I could keep them. I replied that I wanted to return them for a full 100% refund DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible company! Rude customer service and rediculous returns policy - unable to return if outside the US. Advise to state that size guide is available to order accurate sizes - not as simple as that in many cases! Return policy not clear. Rude customer adviser states that is is. Avoid avoid avoid! Waste of money and not even great quality. If item is damaged you are basically left to deal with it!

Nature backs shorted me on one of my shirts, I have sent numerous emails and they are doing nothing about it. I don't have 25.00 to donate, I wanted my shirt. They didn't refund me and they didn't send me my shirt. They stole my money. So beware, their mistake is your problem and they act like your a thief because you asked to be sent the product that you paid for.
