Hello Lea! We are sorry to hear about your order and your emails. Please keep in mind that we ship out all orders and can't delete any emails once they have been sent to the receiver. Due to the holidays and international shipping, it does take longer for the packages to arrive due to volume and distance. Unfortunately, that is something we do not have control over and we shipped out your order on time. At checkout and under our FAQ we also have disclaimers about custom duties and taxes on international orders. We are not responsible for them as every country's rate is different. Your cart gives you an estimation of how much you will owe at delivery. Again, we are sorry to hear that your order arrived later than expected.
