Worst company I’ve ever interacted with. Don’t ever book travel with them. Keeping our entire $8400 due to COVID-19. I’m sure you’ll this company will be out of business shortly so don’t take a credit.

At times like this the true character of an organization's ownership comes through. Even though it is restricted to travel and utilize their services, this company refuses to give refunds to its guests. This is happening all over the travel industry and this is the first company I have seen to refuse refunds in this situation. I find it truly unfortunate that they have decided not to try and mitigate their financial burden by way of company loans and bailouts, but instead, decided to pass it on to their clients who are losing jobs and have no other avenue to get through the crisis financially. I really hope that once this crisis is behind us, people do not forget how they responded in this situation.

Do not book anything with this company before reading the rental agreement. First off if you book thru VRBO they get a $499 payment. Then check out the cancellation policy. If you need to cancel you need to do that in 7 days from booking to get a refund. If later you will get 80% back ONLY if they re-rent the property. Plus a $75 service fee. Nice. With everyone losing jobs and or being downsized you would think they would be flexible. Never again. You have been warned.

Our family booked a vacation rental through VRBO with a property managed by Natural Retreats for the week of 4/4/20 - 4/11/20. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we are legally unable to travel to Florida at that time. When I contacted VRBO they said "we're strongly encouraging our owners to offer a full refund to travelers that contact them to cancel or delay travel as a result of Covid-19 restrictions" I booked through VBRO so my expectation would be that I should receive a refund based on their policies. Natural Retreats is refusing to refund anything at all. There credit policy is so restrictive that it is virtually impossible to use. It is incredibly unethical that they are taking advantage of people during this time. Our entire country is on lock-down and this greedy company is unwilling to refund our money. It is physically impossible for us to reach our destination in Florida. When I asked for the companies physical address to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, she told me I was threatening her and tried to end the call! I cannot believe they are taking advantage of people at this time. I would never recommend anyone use this company. I give this POS company 1 star only because I have too. No refunds of any kind during the virus scare. Not even the ability to use the funds on a different yet available property. If this is the stance they take then as a consumer and very frequent traveler my stance will be that I never use this AWFUL company again. The same goes for VRBO. AirBnb gives refunds and VRBO doesn't. Looks like AirBnb will be getting my business in the future.

Our family stayed with Natural Retreats in a home in the Sea Islands area, South Carolina. I’ve got to say the whole experience was outstanding. The reservations team were incredibly knowledgeable of the choices available to my family and the best fit for us, I spoke to 2 of them over a number of days before booking. The home we stayed in was ocean front with all amenities we could wish for and was immaculately cleaned. I’ll definitely book with them again.

I too am an owner of properties at Cape San Blas, Florida. One of the houses was booked for 15 weeks by this time last year, but only 4 this year. That seemed very strange to me...I discovered that their website did not recognize my property's name. No excuses, no reason for the glitch and no apologies at all. The manager of Sunset Reflections was told that I was taking the houses we own and giving them to another company to manage. Suddenly no one in the office would answer my calls or emails. I could not ask them the simplest question because they became very vindictive and would not speak to me at all. The whole experience was a disaster. I have not one good thing to say about the management company from the corporate office to the local Cape San Blas (Sunset Reflections) office. Stay as far away from this company as you can if you are looking for professional property management. There is nothing professional about them.
