We loved our stay in Sun Valley! The condo was beautiful- such an awesome location within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the shuttle to the slopes. A perfect get-a-way for Christmas with the family!

The 3-bedroom condo at Northstar was perfect for our family! We loved the location with only a 2 minute walk to the Big Springs Express Gondola -it meant we saved hours in traffic each day. We also loved how well setup the condo was with full size kitchen, cozy fireplace and lots of room to relax. It was set up so well and was our perfect home away from home. We will definitely be booking again. Amazing!!

We stayed at the Three Sisters Ranch which is a nice house about 10 minutes from the Big Sky ski resort. This was our annual family ski week which we booked about 10 months in advance. The house was big enough for our family and could probably accommodate 9 comfortably. The house changed management hands during 2022 from VRBO to Natural Retreats. We had some concerns with the upkeep on the home based on previous reviews in early 2022 while under VRBO. Natural Retreats did a great job of addressing those concerns. When we arrived the internet, hot tub and sauna were not working properly but the local NR staff got things fixed within a day or two. The house is about 30 years old but is well equipped with a nice kitchen, spacious great room and basement area. The deck and hot tub offer a great view of Lone Peak. The road to get to the house is steep so you must have 4-wheel drive (we helped push a family in a minivan that was stuck on the access road). Bottom line - Three Sisters Ranch is a beautiful home that was perfect for our family ski vacation. Natural Retreats was very attentive to every detail and we appreciated their desire to make our vacation perfect. Great customer service! We will be back in the future.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE TO BOOK WITH. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL . NEVER AGAIN. Paid for a full week. A few hours before we were arriving they emailed us and said our cabin will not be available the pipes are frozen. Told us we have no place to stay finally moves us to another cabin for 2 nights at 7pm that night and our original cabin was suppose to be fixed and we called all morning waiting around our cabin waiting and now they have no cabin for us on day 2/7 days and they WILL NOT GIVE US A REFUND for all the inconveniences. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL kept hanging up on us and or would not answer.

Thanks for your review. As you know, we were having very wintry weather during your visit, and some homes had issues with the pipes. We do apologize that the original cabin you booked (#54) had this issue, and we moved you to another cabin for the next 2 days. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the pipes fixed in Cabin #54, so we refunded you the 4 nights We also offered you a full refund if you wanted to stay somewhere else. Thank you for being our guest.

The home is well appointed but could use some blinds or curtains on the living room and dining rooms windows. The primary bed was SO comfy and the home was extremely clean.

Beautiful cabin, you will not regret sending time here with your family. Bear in mind there is lady bugs in the cabin but they don’t bother you. Beside the bugs this is a perfect location and it’s 25 mins for pigeon forge and all activities. The staff is great by the local office.
