Our family booked a condo at Big Sky, MT and had a great experience our entire stay. Natural Retreats communicated in a timely manner to ensure we had all the information for our travels, arrival and departure. When we arrived, the house was in great condition, clean, very well equipped. We had everything we needed including towels, linens, and many staples we needed in the kitchen. Exceeded our expectations. We had an issue with one of the appliances and received a prompt response and resolution from NR. Would rebook through them without hesitation.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I would like to share my experience with Natural Retreats (Nationwide management company). We checked in on a Monday, upon arriving we found the house to be pretty much what we were expecting from the photos. Couple of things we originally noticed were: a razor cover left in a shower, a loose kitchen sink control, a burner not lighting and staying on correctly, and some stains on the sheets in the downstairs bedroom. Sort of minor so I didn't think much of it and continued with our stay. Tuesday night into Wednesday morning we lost heat in the home and the stove would not work. NR was contacted at 7am and they said it would be early afternoon for someone to come out. Being that this was unacceptable, I demanded someone come down immediately. The property manager arrived and fixed all of the issues, except for the heat. That was because the home was out of gas. We were told that the gas company has had many issues and we are in an emergency and it should be filled up by 5pm. 5pm came and went. At that point it was very cold in the home. NR brought us heaters, and offered that if we wanted to move they had a similar place right down the block. At around 6pm when we were supposed to have gas, but did not, we made the move. The new house was fine, actually quite nice. After negotiations NR gave us a partial refund for our inconvenience and everything else went relatively smoothly. Overall I'm happy with how they treated us, but wish they were more on top of responding and if they knew gas has been a problem why not check every house before renting it.

Our stay at Natural Treats was amazing. We went with our 2 teenage children. With 3 floors it was great to be able to spread out but also be together. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the amenities were awesome. Private hot tub but also right next to the community pool and hot tub. The Silverstar lift is right there...so convenient. We at at the Silverstar cafe next to the lift was excellent. Highly recommend the accommodations and a visit to Park City.

Looking for a guaranteed home-run when it came to our vacation property in Palm Springs, we turned to Natural Retreats, who had wide-array of unique properties in the area. Hinshaw Hideaway was exactly that: a sensational home with superb outdoor space for our family of five to spread out, be active, and most importantly hang out together. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit were huge draws for every member of the family and awesome for setting a chill vibe for the vacation. All the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were exactly as pictured and perfectly appointed with everything we needed. We loved the proximity to local shops, restaurants, and trails, not to mention the ability to walk around the Movie Colony district and use nearby Ruth Hardy Park for exercising, tennis, birdwatching and more. The Natural Retreats staff was unbelievably responsive, helpful, and accommodating as our arrival was delayed by hours due to travel snafus. We were looking for a high-class experience and got exactly that. We 100% recommend Natural Retreats vacation homes!!!

We loved the cabin. Very roomy, clean, and comfortable. The hot tub was so relaxing and we loved playing pool 🎱 every night. It is located less than a 10 minute drive to the main strip in gatlinburg. The road in Would have been a little sketchy if it was snowy or icy but that seems to be the case at all of the cabins I’ve ever stayed at.

The process from booking to checkout is streamlined. Our rental cabin was extremely clean, well-furnished, and all that was promised. We will definitely be staying again in the future. We were very pleased with our stay. Thank you!

Perfect ski chalet. Working with Natural Retreats made our vacation seamless. Overall communication was exceptional. The overall floor plan of Chalet 4 is perfect for 2 families traveling with Children or teenagers. ideal ski in and ski out. Walking steps to chair lift 4 and to the Bavarian Restaurant. The kitchen was well stocked and even had items such as ziplock bags, Tupperwares, foil and Saran Wrap. With the high altitude( 10,000) it was great that each bedroom had a humidifier readily accessible. The beds and linens were super comfy. Each bedroom also had a nice welcome amenity kit. 4 wheel drive is a must. I would definitely recommend this Chalet and Natural Retreats.

The owner really equipped this house with a family in mind. It had everything we needed in the kitchen which made sitting in a snow storm a lot easier. The house is very comfortable and very well laid out. The master bedroom is massive! All in all great home. We would definitely stay here again.
