AUTOMATIC ORDERS
SERVICE WAS GOOD UNTIL THIS YEAR. GOT E MAIL THAT MY AUTOMATIC ORDER WAS COMING NOTHING CAME. HAVE SENT E MAILS QUESTIONING THE ORDER AND THEY WERE COMPLETELY IGNORED. JUST KEEP SENDING ME MORE PROMO ITEMS. IF THEY CAN NOT HONOR MY AUTOMATIC ORDER THEN LETS CALL IT QUITS. LOIS J. COX

Great Company and Products!
My only issue with my last order I placed 12/30/16, is that i never heard anything about why my order was never shipped out. So on 1/17/17 I finally contacted and was quickly responded to and told my order was "backorder until the 02/24/2017. Please note this is a tentative timeframe and subject to change." I just would have appreciated to be contacted sooner and not have had to do it myself!

Natural alternative to healing
Have been a faithful customer for ten years or so and have found remedies for myself and my dogs to be very beneficial. I have a collection of remedies from formulas for anxiety to formulas for respiratory problems. All are very effective and have no side effects. I prefer to heal with alternative and natural methods and have found this company to provide just that. They also will help recommend the correct product for various problems. The products are great quality and are easy to administer.

My cat Meds
These meds keep my cats condition at bay. I also like you can return items if the animal dies or you order wrong. As most of you know getting a cat to take meds is very trickier. I buy it in spray works great. Wish the sinus meds was in spray.

Trust pilot - How ironic
I have been purchasing a specific product for the past four years. The site used to offer "buy two, receive a third product free". I'd purchase two and receive three. Now they still make the same claim, " buy 2, get a 3rd", however, when you make your purchase they only send you two. After calling, they told me that you now have to buy three, but in the end you only get charged for two. What kind of scam is that? Just say what I'm paying for and what I'm getting.

No one would help when I did not get my nic out
I am not too happy ordered dec it's Jan never received my nic out called they said wait huh been waiting . Not happy at all with my order
