Been buying from them for over 3 years as their products really help my sons ADHD but lately it’s been issue after issue. Even paying $19.99 for overnight shipping is not reliable. Dont bother calling or emailing them either, they don’t care.

This company was absolutely awful! They’re legitimate scammers. The medication that they sell doesn’t upon knowledge even work. I ordered from them they charged me $20 for a subscription I had no knowledge of signing up for, I told them that must’ve been a mistake and they never refunded the money. Upon trying the product after receiving and being charged for a $20 subscription, I realize that the products don’t even work and that’s why they send the products out after the seven day trial is up. Shipping took forever the product didn’t work, and this company is insufferable to work with. They only care about one thing and that’s lining their pockets with as much of the customers money as they can. They offer refunds but don’t worry that’s gonna be on the customer too because they know their product is trash and likely to be refunded. So not only did they scam me out of $20, I paid $55 for the products, and now I get to pay additional $12 to send it back. So far that over $30 that they have made off of me and I have nothing to show for it. I’m probably gonna be opening up a fraud claim against them for that $20 sub subscription fee.

I was enrolled in a VIP once a month charge 19.99 that I did not authorize

I made a one-time purchase from Native Remedies and was automatically enrolled in their "VIP" program, which charges your credit card $18.26 each month. When I called to request a refund for these charges, I was informed that the company's policy is to only refund within 6 months.

I bought one of their products last year to try and it wasn't for my daughter so I emailed them about returning it. Had no issues and got my refund. Months later, I was looking at my bank account and discovered I was being charged a monthly membership fee! I contacted the company and they eventually refunded me for ONE month. Not happy at ALL.
