At one point, I had problems with the website ordering. 1 phone call corrected my issue and they must have improved the website ordering process because I haven't had any more issues. If you are tolerable of receiving their emails regularly, you can find some great deals on their products.

Received 2 shipments which had damaged product in them, when I called to get a replacement, the representative was very understanding & offered an explanation as to what may have happened, and said they were looking into a solution. I also had some questions about combining the usage of several products together that I emailed & received a prompt response with really good information. Great customer service

I have found the product very good and the customer service excellent!.

Purchased the RuniPoo relief product for my Great Dane and administered as per instructions, and there has been no improvement at all. A waste of money as far as I am concerned. The product took approximately two weeks to arrive, far too slow. The day after I ordered the product my bank contacted me about 500 dollars of fraudulent charges on my debit card. I called Native Remedies and spoke to Dottie who took my information and promised to have someone get back to me about the fraudulent charges. No one ever followed up. I will never do business with this company again.

Overall good experience with quick respond and orientation which meant a lot considering first time I do international e-shopping.

I ordered this product on12/28 and it supposed was delivered to the USPS on 1/17. Even it it had arrived then, that is way to long for USPS shipments. We've had several deliveries since 1/17 and that is not one of them.

I am so grateful that I found Native Remedies... I started the Mind Soothe, Pure Calm, and Triple Complex Calm Tonic for myself... I can tell such a difference, and so can my family. I had a hysterectomy 25yrs ago, I've been off of hormones for most of that time. I'm waiting to start bio-identical hormones, but until then my moods swing have been bad, I would so irritated at the least little thing... now I can literally see things that were bothering me so bad 3 wks ago that now just roll right off my back! Amazing! Also, using Tula Tantrum Tamers for our daughter, she's 3... has terrible melt-downs when she doesn't get what she wants when she wants it... by the second day, I could tell a difference and she could too, she told me, "Mommy, I not mad"! I only give her 5 tulas (as we call them) twice a day. Thank you for your wonderful and safe products... and the discount offers I receive, it really helps!!!
