I'm guessing the higher costs of products is due to separate parts to company. I found another company offering same product for less and they don't have my information saved in different areas. When I make changes to my account, it is received and updated immediately. Making autoship happen with no problems.

One of your Triple Complex Tonic products helped to reverse a serious condition that could have ended in an extremely negative situation. I remain amazed till this day. Initially, drugs were prescribed and contributed to new problems. So, taking it was eventually refused and increased the feeling of helplessness. When I found said Tonic in NR's website, the description of its uses closely matched the symptoms of the medical condition in question. It was just plain unbelievable. I ordered it right away, and the rest is history. I hope it stays history. Also, I believe in NR's products. I'm currently using 10 of their products, 4 regularly and 6 under trial.

I've had a great experience placing orders and using the product on my dog. I bought Cushx for Cushing's disease and it has done everything it claimed to! I love it and it's much, much cheaper then what I purchased from my vet.

I have an automatic shipment of a product that I have used for years. However, the shipping method you use is AWFUL. It is a very small package of one bottle of your product. My package was shipping from Wisconsin to Michigan. By regular mail, that would take 1-2 days. Instead, you shipped via UPS (which took about 4 days) to get from Wisconsin to Grand Rapids, MI. Then it was transferred from UPS to the US Postal Service. The USPS took 5 days to get it from the post office 35 miles away to me--because they sent it to Ohio, back to Allen Park, MI to Lansing, MI to me. Surely you must have better shipping options for a tiny package to a customer that does repeat business with you all year long. VERY disappointed! I did call Customer Service, and they gave me a $10 credit, but I can only use it if I phone in an order, not online. Again, not impressed by that either. Your products have been great, but this last experience was poor.

Although the product that I ordered is back ordered, this was not communicated to me over roughly two and one half weeks. In fact, I had to call your offices to learn of this. Back order notifications to your clients should be automatically sent. A second point has to do with the errors that I noted in the address information, both in the billing and mailing. This I discussed with your customer service. Finally, I note that this opinion request has been sent to the person at the mailing destination, rather than me, your customer.

Very pleased to have these products available. I am super sensitive to medicines - these have helped me with various health concerns to offer healing relief of symptoms. Pet products are also excellent ! Highly recommended company !
