Slight change,not much difference
Use products for two weeks,not much difference.Will still continue to use what I have left.

Good service
I have just found Native Remedies recently so I cannot attest to the performance yet. I ordered from them because of their pet products..I had used one of them with great success on my cats. I did email them with a question and they never replied, which is why 4 stars instead of 5..after beginning a formula I started to have stomach pains and wanted to know if that was normal..no answer....?

Very poor customer service
Place my order online thinking I had ordered the grandules. Once I received confirmation I noticed the liquid had been ordered. I immediately contacted the order desk and ask for the order to be changed. I received an email that the order could not be changed because they had already shipped. then received an email about 1 hour later telling the order was shipping. So someone is not telling the truth. Will not buy from these jerks again.

Hello Charles, I am sorry that we were unable to change the order for you before it shipped. Our emails are answered in the order they are sent to us and can take up to 24 hours to be read and answered. We received your email message after the order was shipped. You may make a return for the exchange if needed. Again, we would have been happy to make the change if it was caught in time. Calling may be a better option as this way we can get the change requested right away. Sincerely, Jaime R.

Good stuff
I HAVE TINITUS AND MENIERS DISEASE. BOTH CAUSE NOISE IN THE EARS AND SEVERE VERTIGO AND SEVERAL OF NATIVE REMEDIES HELP IN MANY WAYS AS THERE ARE NO KNOWN CURES FOR THESE DISEASES.

Native Remedies is an excellent company not only for their products but, staff as well. I will continue to purchase from them since I am very satisfyed. I appreciate all communication from them and love it when they have specials. Kudos to them ! !

first time ever using this site and it sucks,
still havent recieved my dogs medicine and still havent recieved any response to my emails concerning this....will never buy from again and you should replace my money to my card that you took since i still havent recieved the item!!
