The experience to get set up was very smooth. And the customer service has been excellent!! I had an issue with a delivery and they made it right immediately.

I got my first order in the mail and the medication was warm (ice pack was not even cold). I sent a message and they responded quickly. They had me send in pictures and told me to wait about taking the medicine. The next day they informed me that they were resending the medication. Carlo did a great job in assisting me and was extremely polite and helpful!

Carlo was very helpful in answering all my questions in regards to my shipment, medication, and pricing. He responded in a fast manner and answered everything thoroughly! So far I am enjoying Nativemed customer service & support!
