I would like to express my appreciation for Elwin’s assistance. He was highly helpful, thoughtful, compassionate, and effective in helping me resolve a shipping issue with my medication. The package had been sent to the wrong address, and despite paying UPS to update the delivery information, they would not make the change. Throughout the process, Elwin kept me constantly updated and informed. As a registered nurse myself—who does not often share that background because I don’t want others to assume I automatically know everything about the industry: his compassion and clear communication provided considerable relief, especially during a time when timely receipt of the medication was important.
