The process was simple. Stress free. Everything was explained well.

I found the order process very easy as well as the phone conversation with the doctor. My issues which all worked out were in the communication of the delivery. I had multiply text numbers contacting me when I was told I would get an email. They didn't introduce themselves so I wasn't sure these were valid contacts by NativeMed. I am not very tech savvy. I was very confused and not sure how to save these numbers in my phone. I had a pharmacy contact me by text. I was never told the pharmacy name or phone number so I wasn't sure if this was a fraud thing or not. They did give me a tracking number but I wasn't sure what company was delivering the meds. FEDEX?? or Overnight with post office?? etc....so I couldn't check the tracking number. When I asked one of the text number people they said the meds would arrive on Monday. Thank goodness I looked outside my door because it actually had arrived that day which was Thursday. 4 days earlier than expected. It was very HOT here and the meds wouldn't of lasted if I had not found them. They arrived with the Cold packs Cold and in perfect shape. I just started on Sunday.

Nativemed is and has been very helpful, professional, dependable. I have received my medication consistently on time and always with enough supplies every shipment. I fully recommend them for a weight loss journey.

The process was seamless. The people I have spoken to have been kind and compassionate. The medication was sent overnight. No issues at this time.

Did not loose weight on this and charged fee after fee. I had to call them to get next dose and made me see their provider again after three months. Seemed cheaper, but ended up costing me more. Disappointed.

NativeMed has been amazing from the beginning of my weight loss journey. They were super knowledgeable when I had questions regarding dosing and injections and the process to begin the injection process was super simple. They will continue to be my go-to provider for semaglutide prescriptions.

I was under the impression that I would have an ACTUAL consultation with a physician/PA/FNP as well as receive instructions on how to use the medication; what I receveid was not what I expected. I was only told that the medicine would be sent with instructions on its use; nothing more. The term consult is misleading and misused as it was just a sales pitch on what medicine I wanted.
