I have been with NativeMed for roughly 1.5 months now. It has been smooth sailing from when I scheduled my initial consult for Tirzepatide to now that I am getting ready to do my first med renewal. The customer service has been phenomenal. I asked a lot of questions initially because I wanted to go low and slow, essentially microdosing and titrating up as I only have 15-20 pounds to lose. They check in regularly via text- but not too much to be annoying. I have texted a question at 10pmEST and have received a response. Not that I advocate working at 10pm 🤣. My husband is now using them and is also on Tirzepatide. We are very happy with their customer service as well as pricing. Our monthly fee comes to $179 and they seem to offer deals regularly. Give them a shot- you won’t be disappointed!
