I called, spoke to nurse practitioner, went over doses and pricing. Meds came ON TIME! Dose was correct. I have been on for 2 months with them ( and was on with a bad company prior to for 1 month). I have lost 16 lbs and been provided excellent service and price with this company !

Nativemed has been great with communication and checking in. Questions are easily answered and I like how it's done conveniently through text. The prices are very reasonable! This is not my first time using semiglutide so I think my body is responding a little slower, hoping for more weight loss soon!

Awful. Didn't want to provide me with a refund although the medication hadn't even shipped. I wanted answers to basic questions - what pharmacy they used, what the pharmacy license number was, if my prior medical history would interact with the medication... nothing but radio silence from the provider and didn't have a 1:1 call as they promise. Customer chat went away for over 30 minutes with no response. Once I finally got an answer the pharmacy was something related to AI... VERY sketchy. I asked for a refund and they refused since I did a dispute with Klarna which in against Klarna's policies by the way. Don't waste your time with this company.
