Resolved the problem super fast! Customer Services- Excellent- 🩷

I am a first time customer of NativeMed. Customer service has been exceptional from original set up, to ordering and then fixing a problem with my items once they arrived. Carlos and Novah were the main agents I worked with thru everything and I cannot be more grateful for their amazing customer service. I have since referred several friends to follow me to this new provider. Thank you NativeMed!

I have been dealing with Nativmeds for the past 4 months and so far my experience has been fantastic. They are quick to respond to my questions and were very helpful in resolving any problems. I just had a shipment that was stuck in transit. I used their online chat feature and Cheryl was able to resolve my issue immediately and got a new shipment sent out to me. Excellent service
