Cheryl was the biggest help! There was something wrong with my order shipment and she was able to get in touch with the Pharmacy for me. She was able to fix my issue right away. I appreciate how well she handled it! The customer service from her was amazing!

I did my research for a trusted GLP company and Nativemed had the best reviews. I've been very cautious and nervous although this company walked me through it and explained and answered EVERY question and continued to asked without being annoyed at me. They said what they would do and followed through (no lies or misleading at all!!) Every member was great, understanding all of my concerns. I highly recommend them.

Was getting ready to process my second order of Tirzepatide through NativeMed. My initial order was in Jan and I pay $549 for the 3-month supply. Boy have things changed!!!! Can't get a prompt response, my order request was placed on 5/15/26 with "Elwin" using their chat system. 5 days later, nothing has happened. No processing, no shipping, no tracking number, nothing. I reached out to them on the chat today 5/20/26 to learn that it was not even processed yet. 5 days wasted, nothing done. So I canceled my subscription and will order elsewhere.
