I am very pleased with the customer service that is provided by NativeMed. They are quick to respond, pleasant and informative. I greatly appreciate their dedication and openness to questions. Lorraine has been my primary contact. She is extremely kind and understanding.

Got a prescription, the items shipped... and then they arrived- incorrect dose (weaker). I reached out and responded to all their questions. I was upset at the time; however, they did correct the mistake, apologize, and provide explanation. They quickly reshipped the items and even followed up to be sure this mistake doesn't happen again. I was happy with the resolution and remind myself that no one is perfect (and they did correct the mistake).

This company has been great. The meds work and the customer service is awesome. I can text them at anytime and they answer quickly. I just recently received help from Cheryl. She answered my questions quickly and she was friendly and helpful. I recommend trying them.
