I haven't received my order yet so this review is solely based on the customer service as on now. So far I am extremely satisfied with NativeMed. Lorraine has been very responsive with her replies back to me numerous emails. Great customer service. I will update when my shipment arrives

Process was so easy and quick. Every question I had was answered very fast, I recommend them to anyone.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. They are thorough, they answer you in a timely manner, and are available for any incidentals that may need to be handled. I had an issue with an order and it was handled quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with NativeMed.

Elwin responded to me, on a Sunday afternoon (which is rare and phenomenal of a company to do) about a very important question I had, in regards to purchasing a twelve month package of the GLP-1 meds. This put me at total ease and I've decided to go with their company, over anyone else. They're second to none in regards to customer service. Can't wait to come back and leave another once I get my meds and start taking them.

Sign-up was easy and they were very helpful. Just waiting now for doctor approval and hopefully to receive my gpl-1 soon to start my new adventure.

In the process switching from CitizenMeds (cost). Maria was amazing walking me there process after I got stuck in sign-up. Very helpful and professional Thanks Maria!
