I originally wrote a 5 star review when I first used Nativemeds. I was impressed with the professional, timely service. As time went on I had some concerns and changed my review. They immediately contacted me and patiently worked through the problem with help and understanding, getting me back on track. I mentioned my daughter had a similar situation and they reached out through me to remedy the problem. I was so impressed with the company that they would work with me to take care of the problem so they could maintain their good ratings. They care about their customers.

I have had the best experience with Bob. He did everything in his power to help me out. And that is rare with most companies! I cannot believe how fast my medication shipped out. I hope this medication works as well as my Dr prescribed one :)
