I had a great experience with Native Med. Novah was incredibly helpful from start to finish. They took the time to really listen to all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The response time was very fast, which I truly appreciated, and I never felt rushed. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely attentive. Maria was very helpful and understanding. I was flummoxed with the dosage info not realizing that the strength of the medicine increases in each successive vial. That meant i continue with a .5ml injection, as the medicine gets stronger. I was incorrect in thinking I needed more product. And, what i never had expected or experienced with an on- line company is that after some texts between us, Maria called me at home to make sure i understood. Thank you Maria, I so appreciate the care.
