One of the best customer service experiences I have had in recent years! Their rep Cheryl and a couple others helped me with an order issue I had, and each rep was quick to respond, professional, and kind. My issue was resolved and another rep even e-mailed me to let me know when my medication would be shipped. Would gladly do business with them again! It is obvious their employees such as Cheryl take pride in providing superior customer service.

This is the best GLP-1 provider in the business and I have researched all of them. Cheryl is amazing, as is Christian and all the people I have dealt with. They respond to your calls and emails in a very timely manner, they send out the meds on time and they are well packaged, they let you know when they will be charging your card and they give you alerts to any messages you may have on the portal. NativeMed is just amazing!!!! I've lost 40 lbs!
