Elise was amazing. I was updating my cc info and apparently I triggered a new order. I was completely unaware, she reached out to let me know and she was able to fix it before it shipped out. She also helped in my confusion on the Web site. She was so helpful and looked out for me as a customer when I didn't even know I needed the help. I'm super grateful

Maria has helped me so much. I went from monthly to every three months. It also seemed like the smart thing to do! But everything has been so smooth. No issues just really good communication. Thanks Maria. I hope you get a raise 😜

Elwin was very responsive and caring to my concerns with how I received my medication. I was very nervous as it had arrived warm. He was able to answer all my questions that I had and calm my nerves, assuring me that everything is fine. Thank you Elwin for your empathy on our call. Warmest Regards, Edwina P. ❤️
