Nations Photo LabReviews of nationsphotolab.com

I not only want to recognize the excellent products that Nations Photo Lab produces, but also their customer service. I had two separate orders, metal prints and Giclée prints. Erica was with me before, during and after the purchase. She was kind, efficient and took great care in making sure I was 100% satisfied. A small issue was rectified promptly. I absolutely love this company and will only use them to print my photos. They excel in both product and service!

Tara helped me quickly and efficiently to resolve an issue around a discount code not working exactly right. She answered my questions patiently and provided a solution that allowed me to place my photo order without disruption.

Tara Smith was able to quickly identify the problem with my photo order and resolve the issue. She was friendly, very professional, and thorough. I was considering not re-ordering from Nations again because of the issue, but after talking to Tara, I will be using them again.

I placed an order for a custom photo book, it was very time consuming. I submitted the order without knowing important details were missing. Not knowing this, I received an email from Tara Smith wanting to help process my order. She informed me on what was missing. I passed everything along and she verified my order was complete vs being cancelled.

Soojin's response told me she had carefully read and considered my message. So unlike the canned responses I've gotten from other vendors. I am impressed!

I called Nations Photo lab with a concern related to an error on my part. I placed a large order but put in a wrong shipping address. My stress was quickly resolved when calling customer support and speaking with Jordan, not only did he quickly resolve the shipping issue he also provided detailed information in regard to questions about the photo mounting boards. The website shows detail but I needed help in deciding appropriate product for my customer and Jordan was not only informed but very professional and friendly in assisting me. Great customer support Nations!

Eric was more than kind. She helped me with my order snd saved me money by doing so. I appreciate an honest person, Especially the way things are today. Thank you!

David helped me over the weekend with some issues I had on my project and then again on Monday morning with issues on checking out. I was really worried about my project and if it was completed correctly. He went through my account item by item with me and made sure all was good. I feel like this was exceptional customer service!
