I had a problem and it was corrected in no time without any trouble. I think the measure of good customer care is shown not when things work out but what a company does to satisfy a customer; within reason. Nations photolab is a shining example of that.

Tara Smith was so helpful to me. I messed up my order and she offered me a refund instead of having my order misprinted due to my error. I got the refund email quickly and I made another order today. Hope I did okay this time!

Was working on a calendar for 2026 when the program stopped working. I contacted customer support and while waiting the issue cleared and I was able to continue my work.
