I was so grateful for Erica's time and patience. I had placed an order and the turnaround seemed a lot longer than I originally thought. She told me that she would look into it. These are plaques that we want to present to the doctors that saved my life and I really wanted to present them before Thanksgiving. Erica, true to her word, emailed me back the good news that the order just got a tracking and would be delivered on time! Thank you, Erica!

Their attention to detail is excellent. Most of my print projects are made with Photoshop, their prints come out just like the photoshop or better. I had the pleasure to talk with with Erica with a problem I had, she was swift to reply, friendly and made me feel that she cared and wanted to help. Which she did. Great company shipping and fairly priced.

Tara Smith was more than helpful when my holiday cards came out darker than expected. She explained why it may have happened and offered to get them redone. I’m guessing she recognized I was a first time customer and extended grace to me. Now I know what I need to do when I order again from Nations Photo Lab.
