There was a problem with the printing of my orders and Soojin was an outstanding help. She provided instructions for me to reorder both sets of calendars, she assured that my cost was no more than the original order, and she promised I will receive my orders on the date I had first requested. Current status - waiting to receive my calendars. Soojin's tone made me feel like she valued me as a new customer and would do what she could to assure my satisfaction and pleasure with my orders. I used Nations Photo Lab to create a photo book to remember the ceremony for my parents at Arlington National Cemetery. The photo book was beautiful, and all of my friends and relatives were so grateful that I had created the book for them. When an additional friend wanted a photo book, I forgot one small detail on my re-order. Tara picked up on that and emailed me immediately so that my order could be processed and sent to my best friend.
