Nations Photo LabReviews of nationsphotolab.com

I reached out for human help because I was confused attempting to place an order for a canvas premium print and the chat was not helping me. I was connected Tara Smith who immediately put me at ease and was very patient as I fumbled along with her directions. With her help I was able to make the right choices and was pleased when the orders were completed.

Attentive to my needs, patient and informed answers to my questions.

Jordan was friendly, knowlegeable, not trying to sell what is not needed.

I suppose what made my experience so good was the comparison with the way another business was apparently run on the same day. My (anonymous business) CC had been hacked in December, and charges were right on target in January and February. However, in March, for some reason those fraudulent charges were added back and transferred to the new account they assigned to me. I spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to straighten out the mess, and it may come back to haunt me yet again! With NPL I had a simple chat with a real person, and the problem was both addressed and solved in less than 5 minutes! BTW, I am 76 years old, and I very much resent ineptitude and having to straighten out snafus not of my own creation!!! NOT the way I want to spend my twilight years. Way to go, NPL!

Erica at Nation’s Photo Lab was so helpful as all their staff is. They really try to make you happy with your pictures and fix any issues you may have. Amazing service from this place!

Erica engaged with me from the start. Asking questions to get to the bottom of my issues. Guidded me through the process and finally(after 3 weeks - on me) placed my order.

I am a regular customer of Nations Photo Lab. I design my own calendar using templates from the website. A week ago, while trying to do some editing, I kept getting an error message and noticed that the template was offset. I called the lab and explained that I was unable to do any work on my project because of the error message. A kind gentleman named Jordan listened to my issue, went into the system and was able to see for himself that it was a problem. He contacted the IT department about it, and in a few days the problem was resolved. And then Jordon followed up with me via e-mail to let me know the problem had been resolved. This photo lab cares about its customers and I appreciate it! Thankyou Jordan and thank you Nations Photo Lab! Marsha E. Eagle

Tara (Smith) was very attentive, listened closely, understood my need and was totally efficient in addressing the issue. Good for Nation's Photo for hiring her!
