I was confused about how to hang my 12x18 metal print. I called Nations and Brandon mentioned that the part I wasn't seeing had been taped to the back side of the cardboard mounting the picture, itself. THAT had not occurred to me. I went out to the trash (we had already thrown out the box) and VOILA! The mounting board!! Great save, Brandon, thanks a bunch!

Tara was quick to realize why I hadn’t received my print. She figured out that it was sent “ground” to Hawaii which means it went by a ship and would take 4-6 weeks. She made it right by sending a new print via FedEx. Thank you so kindly! Marilyn Rose
