David reached out to me regarding my portrait order and an issue going on with it. He helped resolve the issue and also went above and beyond to make sure I had access to a promotion that I had previously used on my order but we had to void the order and that promotion was no longer in effect. He was very professional and I am highly satisfied with David and this company. Their work is outstanding.

I have made many purchases from Nations Photo Lab in the past, and have been thrilled with the results. Part of my order was missing on my last purchase; I called on their customer service number (which was tucked in with my prints!) and spoke with Tara, who walked me through on how to reorder the missing prints and stayed on the phone with me the entire time. Not only that, she expedited my order so that it would arrive in time for my husband's 70th birthday (surprise!). I am so very pleased with this company's customer service experience.
