WARNING to anyone considering National…
Warning to anyone considering National Van Lines Inc. for an interstate move. I signed a contract on April 29, 2026 with a delivery window of May 28–June 11, 2026. It is now July 1, and my belongings have not been delivered. They have not even left California. The company now claims my contracted delivery date was July 2, a date that appears nowhere on the contract I signed. When I call, representatives tell me there's no record of my original dates. I have the signed, dated contract that says otherwise. I've been sleeping on an air mattress for over a month, paying for a storage unit sitting empty, and waiting on delivery dates that keep getting pushed. I was told pickup would happen June 25–26. It didn't. I was sent an invoice on June 27, paid it in full, and was then told my new delivery window is July 5–15, more than a month past my contract. I have every text message, the invoice, and the signed contract. I've filed a complaint with the FMCSA/DOT. If you're trusting this company with everything you own, please reconsider.
