Our moving coordinator, Fazal, was excellent. He explained the process to get an accurate quote and he was there for me when I had questions. The office staff was also very helpful. Our driver Kevin was especially excellent! He called to let us know exactly when he would be at each house and arrived right on time. The moving crew was very polite and rewrapped items that we had wrapped that they felt was not thorough. We had most of our things in boxes but they wrapped most of the furniture in plastic and added padding here and there. Everything arrived in great shape with nothing missing. They unloaded to the assigned rooms and set up beds and carpets. I would definitely recommend them and will use National Van Lines in the future.

From the beginning with Sam Meredith the Coordinator to Ed the lead driver to our loading and unloading crews it was an EXCELLENT WELL EXECUTED EXPERIENCE! Sam was on his game through the whole process and made us feel comfortable enough to choose National over other competitors! His follow through was extremely professional and very much appreciated! Our move was from southern Indiana to Dallas Texas! Ed our driver was amazing and super professional. On time as planned loading and unloading and even saved us money by being able to maneuver his rig into our subdivision saving us a lot of money not having to pay for a shuttle truck! The loading and unloading crews were quick, efficient and professional! National Van Lines to Mars!! 🚀

Recently used National Van Lines for a large Chicago to NJ move and have only positive things to say. They were the first to respond to my online inquiries and were extremely fair priced. Sam Meredith at the Chicago office guided me through the entire process and was very responsive to my (many) questions along the way. Driver Jamie Burns and his crew showed up on time and did a great careful job with the packing, loading and unloading. Highly recommended!

So many of us have had a bad experience with movers when going cross country ( including myself ) however this time with National Van Lines it was totally different. They were completely transparent, honest, efficient, communicative and NOTHING came damaged. We went from close to Orlando, Flor. to Norwalk, Ct. and our driver was the same person going and coming. If you want to work with someone sensational ask for Moxie- honest, friendly, so efficient, accurate and he made the move easy. Obviously there are other good van lines, but after working with National I don't really understand choosing another company other than National. Lewis Herman

My experience could not have been more perfect. National Van Line driver Kurtis was on schedule and FABULOUS, taking care to inventory and wrap before loading. National Van Line representative Michael from Father and Son Moving prepared all the paperwork in a timely manner, answering all my questions and ironed out all the details ahead of time. The delivery was also perfect and appreciated. 100% in every category!

The service and professionalism of your team members was excellent. If I had any issues at all, it would be that your team arrived 35 mins early at the delivery location and WE we not ready for them. All parts of the process, from initial communication to packing to loading to delivery and setup was carried through in the most efficient and courteous manner. KUDOS to the entire team!!
