Ordered a 12 month subscription in December. Payment was very quickly processed, and after a delay of several weeks received the free gift map. Since then I've received absolutely nothing. You'd clearly be better off buying the magazine monthly from the local newsagents.

If I could score this zero stars then I would. I ordered a subscription mid November 2017 for a Christmas gift for my Dad. Still nothing received. Emailing them is a complete waste of time. They are so incredibly unhelpful. Money down the drain.

To mirror the other reviews here, I would leave 0 stars if this was possible. 2 year subscription placed in December 2017 and as of yet in late February 2018 no magazines. I wonder what the editor of National Geographic is doing to challenge these issues that people are having?! Surely someone should be doing something and acknowledging these people who have subscribed and paid for a service they aren't getting.

I ordered a gift subscription in Dec 2017 and as at 21/2/2018 we have not received any magazines yet. Emails to customer services end of January 2018 remain unacknowledged and unresolved. Shockingly bad customer service. Avoid!

I’d give no stars if I could! Been 10 months since I subscribed and still not received a single magazine! Customer service I received was shocking and rude! An amazing magazine is being ruined by a rude and unhelpful team.

renewed subscription via itunes but unable to access archive - an email address issue says customer service but absolutely no attempt to fix- referred me to itunes who of course couldn't help. lady at Nat Geo was unhelpful in tht lovely 'have a nice day' sort of way i.e. 'get off the phone, i really cant be bothered' the world's greatest magazine let down by WOEFUL customer service - but then it seems that i'm in good company by look of the other reviews.

Regarding Creature Media and NatGEO Kids UK I echo the above comments. Do not touch either of these organisations with a barge pole. I bought a subscription for a 7 year old as a Christmas present. It was acknowledged on 1st December but still hasn't been received. Have sent several emails all of which have been ignored. Tesco have informed me they dropped Creature Media as a partner because they failed to honour subscriptions and had non-existent customer service. Still no subscription, no refund and they refuse to put you through to anyone to escalate a complaint. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE as Creature Media and/or NatGeo Kids would appear to be cheaters out to take your money and to provide nothing in return. Shame they are allowed to tarnish the good reputation of an excellent magazine.

Truly awful customer service. Refuse to answer genuine customer complaint, even refusing to stick up for their own products, just says "send it back". Refusal to give a managers name/contact details for a formal complaint, then hang up. Truly, truly, terrible.
