Do not buy! I ordered a subscription for my son for Christmas on 5th December 2017 and it is now 14th March 2018 and he has still not had a magazine. I've contacted them several times to complain and I get the same answer - delivery can take 8 to 12 weeks. It is now 16 weeks and still no magazine. Save your money - ever since Fox took over, they've become clowns and cowboys - happy to take the money, but no customer service and no product! AVOID!

Like many of the other reviews, I would have given this company 0 stars if it was possible. I used a Tesco voucher at the end of November last 2017 to buy a subscription for my grandson as a Christmas present. This was returned to me with a stamp saying the recipient had 'Gone Away'! I tried calling the number supplied on the voucher - the number was unobtainable. I did get contact details from another website but despite calls and several emails I still do not have a single magazine. No response, no refund, nothing. DO NOT BUY. You will be wasting your money and time. Amazingly poor service from a major Brand Name

I subscribed to National Geographic Kids but cancelled within the 14 days as proscribed on the web site. There is no sign of the promised refund, all emails are ignored, snail mail is ignored and the phone line has had technical issues for over a fortnight. This is a cowboy outfit in all but name. So I have lost £35 and never seen a magazine, is there a law against this?

Again would give zero for Creature Media customer service. I can't find a telephone number anywhere to actually speak to so done about my renewal, although of course they give you one for advertising! I received several renewal letters but can't login with links they sent me. Customer Service have not replied to my last 3 e-mails and this has been going on since December. Will not deal with them again. It's such a shame, the magazine is amazing and my children aged 11 to 15 have read it avidly for the last 5 years.

Like others, if I could give this a zero star rating I would. Ordered 2 year subscription in December as a gift, but despite chasing no magazine received yet. I feel very let down - especially by what I thought was a reputable magazine. Very sad to see such poor customer service. DON'T buy it!!

Subscribed for annual membership in October 2017, and received my first monthly magazine in January. I did contact customer services, who were helpful I must admit. They explained when I would receive my first magazine & true to their word, it arrived as stated. However, It’s now March, and there’s no sign of this months journal. So, I’ve only had ONE magazine since subscribing. I hate being let down & ripped off. Disappointing! Unfortunately I can only echo what other reviewers have written...sadly, it’s AVOID.

My experience is the same as most. Map received but NOTHING since. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Absolutely shocked how this seemingly institutional brand & company conducts itself.

I ordered a gift subscription of their magazine. No money was taken out from my bank account. Have sent four emails now to try and cancel this subscription before it starts with no luck so far. A suggestion to would be subscribers.. buy from a newsagent its a lot less hassle.
